💬 Phone & texting PREMIUM

Loading your line…

📞 Calls from this PC

Call clients from the Communications card on any record, on your line. Calls are recorded and turned into text on the file; the audio is not kept unless you say so. The first call sets up calling on your line automatically. Chrome will ask for the microphone once.

Calls from this PC Tell the other party the call may be recorded (keep this on in Canada — PIPEDA) Keep the audio recording in Twilio too (off = text only)

What they hear before you're connected

After a one-second pause so the line settles. Leave blank for her own wording, with the name you gave her: "Hi, this is [her name], Trung Le's assistant. Trung is calling you right now. I'll take the notes, so this call is recorded for Trung's notes. If you'd rather not be recorded, just tell Trung. Here's Trung." The announcement must say the purpose and offer the opt-out (Privacy Policy §3) — keep both if you write your own. You can use {agent}, {first} and {brokerage}.

Number they see (caller ID)

Your Twilio number shows up as just the province on many phones — that's the phone company's name lookup, not something Twilio can change for Canadian numbers. Showing your own cell instead means clients who have you saved see your name. Twilio confirms it once: it rings your cell and you type in the code it reads.

🎙 ARIA's Voice

Call her:

She answers to it — "Hey Sophie" wakes her — and introduces herself by it on calls, texts, emails and in the field app. Leave blank to use the voice's own name. Product labels stay ARIA.

The name follows the voice — pick Orion and he answers as "Orion, your assistant" on calls, texts, and email. In-app voice switches on save. Phone + texting pick up the new voice AND name after you untick + re-tick 🛎 below (one quick test call after); email does the same after flipping 📧 off/on once. EVE is the office clown: robot voice in the app, but phone callers hear Aria (real robot audio isn\'t possible on the phone line).

🛎 ARIA answers incoming texts for me (receptionist) 🎙 Live voice on calls — ARIA answers your line on the new voice engine (smoother, faster replies) 🛠 Answer as the Genesis beta support desk (owner accounts only — off = realtor receptionist, what agents hear)

📧 ARIA answers my email 24/7 (Email Autopilot)

Deletes ALL old text history on the ARIA line (your own Twilio account) — use after testing so stale conversations never confuse her. App contacts, calendar and pipeline are untouched.

🤖 ARIA nurtures my buyers & leads (matching + check-ins)

She wakes on her own every half hour, 24/7: matches your listings to each opted-in client's needs, decides if there's something genuinely worth saying (silence beats noise — no canned drips), emails or texts them between 9am–8pm, and texts YOU a digest of every touch. Opt clients in one at a time — the 🤖 button on a buyer's toolbar or a contact's row. Flip a client off any time to take over; her memory of the conversation lands back in your notes.

🤍 ARIA Care — keeps past clients warm (birthdays, home-iversaries, check-ins)

Every morning she drafts the notes that are due — you approve each one on the Home page (🤍 Keep in touch). Nothing is sent on its own. Written fresh in your voice from what she knows about that client. Clients can stop any time: reply STOP to a text, the link in an email, or the 🤍 on their card.

Birthdays Wedding anniversaries Home-iversaries Holiday note on Check-in every months

How I write (optional — a short sample so her notes sound like you)

One-time Gmail setup: Gmail → Settings → Forwarding → Add forwarding address → → Gmail emails a confirmation — ARIA texts you the code — enter it, then choose “Forward a copy” + “keep Gmail’s copy”. From then on she reads and answers your email around the clock, and texts you what she did. She never touches contracts, prices, or anything sensitive — those come to you.

🌐 My Website PREMIUM

Your own realtor website at yourname.genesisarc.ca — bio and blog written by ARIA, your active listings on it automatically. No hosting bills, nothing to maintain.

📹 Video meetings now live where the deals are — open a listing or a buyer and hit 📹 Meet in its toolbar. The room knows which deal it belongs to.

🔑 Genesis Arc License Key

Deletes your hosted site, ARIA Care/Nurture records, uncollected leads, call transcripts and settings on our side, and clears this browser. Your Drive files stay yours; transaction-desk ledgers are kept 7 years (Real Estate Services Rules) under your email only.

📅 Calendar ID for ARIA's availability check (usually your Gmail address)

One-time: in Google Calendar → Settings → your calendar → Access permissions → tick "Make available to public" with "See only free/busy (hide details)". ARIA then checks real availability before pencilling bookings — nobody can see event details, only busy times.

When on: clients texting your business line get an instant reply from ARIA (she NEVER schedules, quotes, or commits — she relays), and you get a heads-up text on your Agent Cell. Works 24/7, even with the app closed.

Your assistant gets their own Genesis Arc sign-in and works inside this workspace with the access you choose. Your Genesis Arc Drive folder is shared with their Google account; everything they do is logged with their name. Free during the beta (up to 2).

🔐 If your workspace is encrypted, your assistant needs your vault passphrase (or recovery code) to open it — give it to them yourself, never through Genesis. Change the passphrase any time to lock them out. Assistants sign in at ws.genesisarc.ca with their own Google account (their invite email says so).

Can send on my behalf (texts, emails, signing requests) — otherwise they prepare and I send

Connect your Facebook Page once (the Instagram account linked to it comes along). Every DM then lands in the 📨 inbox here, even while the app is closed; you reply from here under the Page's name. Nothing is posted, nothing is read beyond the messages.

Quick replies

Three one-tap replies shown above the box in every Messenger / Instagram thread. Edit them to sound like you.

Your Google sign-in is the workspace. Add your other Google addresses (brokerage, personal, team) — each becomes an inbox in every email history (colour-coded, or one at a time) and a From choice when you send. Nothing is stored on our servers; the connection lives in this browser.

Google and Microsoft addresses connect with their own sign-in — no passwords here. Any other address (brokerage, team, old brokerage) is verified by a code we email to it: mail then goes out under your name from Genesis Arc's server and replies land in that inbox. Nothing reads that inbox.

AI Standing Instructions

🔐 Encrypt my workspace NEW

Locks every contact, note, deal and saved credential behind a passphrase — on this device and in your Google Drive backup. The key is made on your machine and never sent anywhere, so a leaked Drive file or a stolen laptop is unreadable noise. The trade: nobody can recover it for you — not Genesis Arc, not Google. You get a recovery code to print before it turns on.

⏱ Lock when I walk away

Different from the Privacy Screen: that blurs the display behind your 4-digit code and keeps everything loaded. This drops the encryption key — the workspace is genuinely closed until the passphrase goes back in.

💻 Trusted devices

Every device you told to remember you. Revoke one and it is locked out the next time it opens Genesis Arc online. If a device is truly lost, change your passphrase as well — that is the only cut-off that works even if the thief stays offline.

📦 Export my data

Everything — listings, buyers, contacts, notes, clauses, CMAs, ARIA's memory — in one plain backup file, decrypted, whether or not encryption is on. No key needed to open it. Attachments stay as files in your Drive folder; keep the two together for a full archive.

🛡 ARIA's guard log

ARIA answers email and texts while your laptop is closed. This is her record of every time she refused an instruction someone tried to give her, withheld or redacted a reply, or hit an AI limit. Empty is the good outcome.

🔒 Privacy Screen

Step away and the screen blurs — client data unreadable until your 4-digit code goes back in. Perfect for the washroom break with a colleague nearby. The code lives only on this device.

🎤 "Hey ARIA" wake word (or "Hey <her name>" if you gave her one)

Hands-free: say "Hey ARIA" and she starts listening — no tapping. Works while Genesis is open on screen (browsers switch the mic off when the tab is hidden or the screen locks). Best on desktop and tablet. In the Genesis Arc phone app the wake word is off for now — tap ARIA there to open the Talk screen instead. The mic stream never leaves your browser, and this setting stays on this device only.

Enable on this device

🖥 Layout

Text size— makes everything bigger, on this device and your others. The Aa button in the top bar does the same.

Use the full width of big screens (off = centred, up to 1600px wide; card widths 25–100% are of this area)

🌐 Language

Work in your own language — the AI translates the whole workspace (it knows real-estate terms, so it reads far better than a website translator). Contracts and BC legal forms always stay in English, and ARIA herself still speaks English for now — her full language support is coming in a later update. Each screen translates the first time you see it, then it's instant on this device.

🧠 ARIA's Memory

ARIA quietly remembers the durable things you tell her — preferences, people, how you like to work — so she gets more useful over time. Say "remember …" or "forget …" to manage it by voice. It lives only in your own Google Drive; erase anything here anytime.

📌 Standing rules

Your own instructions ARIA follows every time — how you like offers drafted, who to copy, when not to text. Say "from now on, always …" / "never …", or add one here. Up to 20. What you say in the moment always wins over a rule, and anything she sends still asks you first.
