Is a team seat really the whole thing?

Yes — every seat is the complete workspace: contracts, CMA, tours, website, ARIA on that agent’s own number, human support.

Do our agents share one workspace?

No — each agent gets their own private workspace, and their client data lives in their own Google Drive. Team tools for sharing listings, buyers and deal hand-offs run between those private workspaces.

What does the beta cost?

Nothing until December 31, 2026 — for every seat. After that, team pricing appears inside the workspace under Upgrades.

Some of us already use Genesis solo — can we convert?

Yes. We fold existing solo memberships into the team and sort the billing fairly — nobody pays twice.
